Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.2. Mash Bananas: In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
3. Mix Wet Ingredients: Add the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.
4. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Combine Wet & Dry Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
6. Add Optional Ingredients: If desired, fold in chocolate chips or chopped nuts.
7. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Cool: Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
